Workout Tracker ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

Account information
We provide sign-in functionality through Google. Google handles the authentication process securely — we never see or handle your password. When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and a unique user identifier from Google, which we store via Google Firebase to manage your account.

Workout data
We store your workouts, exercises, and workout logs locally on your device. If you are a Pro subscriber and signed in, this data is backed up to the cloud so you can sync your progress across multiple devices.

Purchase information
When you subscribe to Pro, Google Play handles the payment process. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never see your payment details.

Crash logs and analytics
We collect anonymous crash reports and usage analytics through Google Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics. This helps us identify and fix issues, and understand which features to focus on.

How We Use Your Data

- To improve the app based on usage patterns

Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Your data is shared only with Google Firebase and Google Play services, which are necessary for the app to function. These services are governed by Google's privacy policy.

Data Retention and Deletion
Your workout data is stored on your device and, if synced, on Google Firebase servers. You can delete all your workout data from within the app via Settings. If you wish to delete your account and all associated cloud data, contact us at contact.gamestudi@gmail.com and we will process your request.

Children's Privacy
This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
